    Little U. Preschool is an environment where children can come and explore in learning. Our goal is to help our students build a positive self-image through teacher supported activities and playtime.

    We have smaller class sizes which allow our teachers to focus on individual needs and talents of each student. This allows your child to develop at his or her own pace. It is our goal to give your child a strong and secure start in their education while building self-confidence for the years to come.

    Our curriculum works on academic success while developing social skills which will prepare them for the next step towards elementary school. Little U. offers a learning environment for every child. Our classes emphasize handwriting, math, phonics, reading, and language arts. Our activities introduce children to computers, physical education, health, science and music.

    Our teachers use a visual approach so your child can experience fun while learning. Your child's day will be filled with learning the alphabet and the concept of writing. Our hands-on math will allow your child to recognize and count numbers. As teachers we believe that we should allow children to embrace the unique ways in which they learn, whether by example or through problem solving. Finding the right balance for each child is our goal. We want your child to have an atmosphere that they find comfortable.

    Little U. encourages parents to be involved in their child's learning. We welcome our parents to volunteer and participate in classroom activities and programs. We do many special events throughout the year where you will see what your child has accomplished here at Little U. Preschool.
